The breakfast provided was not up to par with our expectations.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects are the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and breakfast. The hotel was squeaky clean and all facilities including gym and pool were in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Spent a wonderful Xmas holiday at this hotel! the location was perfect , right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the best shopping and entertainment spots. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well, appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. We encountered some difficulties with check, in, as the staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of their duties.
